EXPANSION VESSELS FOR HEATING AND WATER SYSTEM INNOVATECH
In 2021, we began supplying expansion vessels for heating and water system under our own brand INNOVATECH. Our suppliers are modern manufacturers from Türkiye and Europe. All of them hold European ISO 9001 certificates, PED pressure vessel manufacturing certificates, and other relevant approvals.
Each tank undergoes quality inspection and comes with a 24-month warranty. All welds are tested using non-destructive examination methods. After welding, large tanks (80 L and above) are pressure-tested at 4 bar, while smaller tanks (under 80 L) are tested at 2 bar.
The tanks are coated using advanced magnetic-powder painting technology, which ensures a smooth and uniform finish across the entire surface. All production stages are fully automated, ensuring that every INNOVATECH tank is durable and maintains its excellent appearance over time.

EXPANSION VESSELS FOR HEATING AND WATER SYSTEM INNOVATECH
Expansion vessels for heating INNOVATECH are used to compensate for changes in water volume in closed heating systems and to maintain stable pressure. They also help reduce energy consumption.
In closed heating systems, water is not compressible, and the increase in water volume caused by higher temperature is absorbed by the expansion tank. The factory-set pre-charge pressure pushes against the membrane from the inside. As the temperature rises, the expanding water presses on the membrane and enters the tank, providing additional space for the heating system. When the temperature decreases, the compressed air pressure pushes the water back into the system.
This allows the heating system to maintain consistent pressure and helps reduce energy consumption.
Expansion vessels for water system INNOVATECH maintain stable pressure in the water supply system. They store water under pressure, which prevents frequent pump starts during low water consumption—such as immediately when a tap is opened. This reduces pump wear. Thanks to the hydropneumatic tank, the pump operates less frequently because the system already contains a reserve of pressurized water.
This extends the pump’s service life and reduces mechanical stress.
Expansion vessels for water system INNOVATECH also provide protection against water hammer by absorbing sudden pressure surges that may occur when taps close abruptly or when the pump starts. This reduces the risk of damage to pipelines and fittings.
In cases of temporary pump shutdowns or power outages, the tank ensures a reserve supply of water that can be used for household needs.
The membranes used in INNOVATECH tanks are made from food-grade synthetic rubber: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) and BUTYL (for large-volume tanks). These membranes meet European quality standards and have all necessary certifications for use in cold or hot potable water systems.
